Goodnight Moonshine is a guitar and vocal duet, and a musical marriage in all senses. The Duo combines the evocative voice and songwriting of Molly Venter, with Eben Pariser’s adventurous guitar playing. The result is folk music with a depth of improvisation and tonal subtlety usually reserved for jazz.

Goodnight Moonshine’s ground-breaking new album, Business Unusual (releasing Feb 13, 2026), is an intimate and transformative collection. It explores the difficulty of modern family life—specifically the acute experience of having twins during early COVID—and tracks the spiritual awakenings that followed.

Produced by Pariser, and co-mixed by Grammy winner David Seitz, the recording is based on 30 intense days in the studio focused on capturing magical live-takes. The album was then fleshed out with Jazz master-drummer Ryan Sands, and Upright bassist Adam Chilenski (Eben’s childhood bestie).
