Carl Carter has built a remarkably diverse career spanning R&B, jazz, rock, and Broadway. He has performed with an extraordinary range of artists including Dizzy Gillespie, Maxwell, Adam Lambert, Billy Ocean, Digable Planets, Gil Scott-Heron, Aaron Neville, Nile Rodgers & CHIC, Vanessa Williams, Paula Cole, and Brian McKnight — for whom he served as musical director for several years. His Broadway credits include the Tony Award–winning Come From Away, as well as Disaster!, Holler If Ya Hear Me, and Bring It On. Carter has toured internationally, appeared on numerous television programs, and recorded extensively, including multiple projects in Japan with jazz vocalist Keiko Lee.

 

Michael Nickolas is a composer and producer whose music has been featured across ABC, NBC, CBS, and hundreds of cable networks, including The Voice, Last Call with Carson Daly, Samantha Bee, Vice, and The Great Christmas Light Fight. His work has appeared in feature films such as Hector and the Search for Happiness, 1 Mile to You, and Inescapable. A Berklee College of Music alum, Nickolas continues to bridge film, television, and contemporary music with wide-ranging impact.
